Our Jewellery Repair & Maintenance Services
Our jewellery artisans are available to
- estore the shape, polish, or finish of your piece.
- Repair clasps, links, or closures.
- Replace lost or damaged stones (subject to availability).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure your jewellery’s integrity.
All repairs are carefully evaluated and accompanied by a detailed quotation for your approval before any work is undertaken.

If out of warranty, you’ll receive a quotation.

We will arrange delivery or pick-up once the service is complete (shipping and handling apply).

Terms & Conditions
Bernhard H. Mayer® provides warranty protection for your jewellery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
The warranty becomes void if the item is serviced or repaired by any person not duly authorised by Bernhard H. Mayer® or its representatives.
- Should a defect covered under this warranty occur, we will repair the item at no cost.
- Bernhard H. Mayer® or its service partners may charge for postage and insurance.
- This warranty covers material and manufacturing faults and is only valid only if the warranty certificate is fully and correctly completed by an authorised Bernhard H. Mayer®.
TIP:
To ensure that any issues are addressed immediately, check your item for damages as soon as you receive it. Typically, manufacturing problems discovered within the first six (6) months of receiving your item are likely to be covered by warranty.
After expiry of the warranty period, Bernhard H. Mayer® remains at your service for repair and maintenance of your item for an appropriate service fee.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage, impact, or mishandling.
- Scratches, dents, discoloration, or deformation.
- Loss of stones due to daily use or accidental impact.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised third parties.
For items outside of warranty coverage, Bernhard H. Mayer® offers a paid repair service.
