WHERE FASHIONABLE MEETS SUSTAINABLE
Introducing the OMNI Collection by Bernhard H. Mayer – where high-fashion design seamlessly blends with sustainable innovation.
Derived from the Latin word meaning 'ALL', OMNI embodies the belief that luxury and sustainability are not mutually exclusive; you really can have it all.
A Statement of Sustainable Style
Each eco-fashion timepiece in the OMNI Collection tells its own story, yet a shared narrative of classic elements juxtaposed with contemporary accents unites them all; a harmonious blend of geometric shapes, Arabic numbers, and Roman numerals decorate OMNI dials.
Versatile and inclusive like its namesake, the OMNI Collection is designed for every individual, occasion, and mood, offering a diverse palette of hues paired with either recycled steel bracelet straps or recycled Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) straps.
SAME SUPERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP.
LESS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.
While the OMNI Collection champions sustainability, it does not compromise on quality. At first glance, the luxury and elegance are evident, but delve deeper, and its commitment to the environment shines through.
Recycled Steel
Case, dial, buckles, and metal bracelets
All stainless steel used throughout The OMNI Collection is at least 85% recycled and is certified by LEED, which provides a framework for efficient, carbon-saving green initiatives. LEED certification is a globally recognised symbol of sustainability achievement, and it is backed by an entire industry of committed organisations and individuals paving the way for market transformation.
Building Life Cycle Assessment
Life-cycle data for stainless steel exists at the industry average. Because of its durability, stainless steel usually does not need to be replaced for at least 60 years of usage. At the same time, maintenance requirements are low.
Product Statement
The recycled stainless steel in the OMNI Collection complies with ISO 14001 LEED standard including pre- and post-consumer steel waste.
The OMNI Collection uses high-grade recycled stainless steel that is durable, requires low maintenance, is versatile, and has less environmental impact.
Recycled Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
COLOURED WATCH STRAPSBeyond their vibrant appeal, the rubber-like straps are a marvel of sustainable engineering. Certified by The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), the TPU in OMNI watches is durable, versatile, and environmentally friendly. Its unique properties, ranging from high abrasion resistance to flexibility, make it the material of choice for those who demand both style and substance.
Material Properties
The TPU used in OMNI watches is a recycled, recyclable, non-toxic polymer material. Compared to alternatives such as silicone or vulcanised rubber, TPU has excellent structural resistance, a broad temperature range (-30 °C to + 70 °C), and a high resistance to abrasion.
This TPU is also super flexible and smooth without giving up its durability or strength. It is both oil- and water-resistant and has excellent load-carrying and impact resistance.
Material Source
TPU is made from secondary raw materials that have already gone through a product cycle and have been processed by specific procedures to make them ready for use.
Thermoplastic has a lower Carbon Footprint
OMNI TPU is certified by the international standard for third-party certification, The Recycled Claims Standard (RCS). This means there is a chain of custody to track recycled materials through the supply chain.
Ensuring a lower carbon footprint, supply transparency, and manufacturing accountability are some of the ways OMNI can maintain superior craftsmanship and quality while incorporating these innovative materials.
